3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations by Registrant:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to email/contact info.
- Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Requests made more than 45 days prior to the conference: 80% refund.
- Requests made less than 45 days to 15 days prior to the conference - 50% refund.
- No refund for requests 15 days prior to the conference.
- A 40% fee of administration fee may be deducted from all refunds.
- The Refund initiation will be done after the Conference for the eligible Registrant.
3.2. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event the conference is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. However, we are not responsible for any other costs, such as travel or accommodation, taxes.
