Terms and Conditions for Registration Payment

By registering for the IACTACON 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payment and participation:

1. Payment Process

1.1. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, etc. for conference registration fees.
1.2. Currency: All fees are payable in online mode/offline mode. Any applicable currency conversion fees or charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
1.3. Payment Deadline: All payments must be made by the specified deadline to confirm your registration. Late payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of your registration.

2. Confirmation of Registration

2.1. Registration is confirmed only after the full payment of the required fees is received. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
2.2. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 4 working days after payment, please contact us at iactacon2026@gmail.com.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations by Registrant:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to email/contact info.
  • Refunds will be processed as follows:
    • Requests made more than 45 days prior to the conference: 80% refund.
    • Requests made less than 45 days prior to the conference: No refund.
  • A 40% fee of administration fee may be deducted from all refunds.
  • Refund will be provided within 3-4 weeks.

3.2. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event the conference is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. However, we are not responsible for any other costs, such as travel or accommodation,taxs.

4. Substitutions and Transfers

4.1. Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual from your organization by notifying us in writing at least 45 days before the event.
4.2. Transfers: Registration fees are non-transferable to other events.

5. Taxes and Charges

5.1. Any applicable taxes, bank charges, or processing fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
5.2. Ensure you check for all additional charges associated with your chosen payment method before completing the payment.

6. Privacy and Security

6.1. Payment information is processed securely through our HDFC Bank payment gateway. Your personal and payment details are protected under our Privacy Policy Page.

7. Liability

7.1. The organizers are not liable for any financial loss or inconvenience caused by technical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Agreement

By completing the payment process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
